Job description:

Jumptwist Ninja is hiring multiple Guest Experience / Front Desk team members to join our fast-paced, family-friendly gym. We need dependable, positive, and customer-focused people who can work weekday evenings and weekends. You’ll be the first impression of our gym: greeting families, supporting coaches, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members and new guests with a friendly attitude

Answer phones, emails, and texts with professionalism and confidence

Manage bookings, scheduling, and client communication

Keep the front desk, bathrooms and spectator area clean, organized, and presentable

Provide 5 star customer service at all times

Be reliable, punctual, and flexible for shift coverage and events

Qualifications

Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email, and text)

Must love working with kids and families

Dependable, respectful, and drama-free team player

Positive personality with a professional, clean appearance

Able to work weekday evenings and weekends

Must pass a background check
