    Supervisory Responsibilities: None

    Primary Job Functions: Guest Experience Specialists work closely with the Spa Manager, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, Esthetician, and other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

    Responsibilities include:

    Reflect VIO’s core values in every interaction

    Greet guests and answer phone calls

    Pamper and serve the guest, ensuring a high-quality experience

    Gather accurate guest information and ensure completion of all necessary forms and paperwork

    Schedule guest services, assist with filling openings, and manage reschedules or cancellations

    Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the lobby area

    Record and bill treatments accurately, applying discounts, rewards points, and special offers as needed

    Confirm guest appointments and procedures, reviewing health and spa policies with guests

    Respond to emails and voice messages in a timely manner

    Provide accurate spa services and treatment information to guests

    Use initiative to find suitable alternatives for guests with contraindications

    Perform general administrative duties, ensuring all information is recorded, maintained, and communicated accurately

    Maintain retail environment by organizing and replenishing products

    Ensure required opening and closing procedures are completed and checklists recorded

    Demonstrate high levels of guest service and satisfaction by exceeding expectations

    Drive sales and achieve targets for promotions, services, and treatment launches

    Assist the Spa Manager as directed with other reasonable tasks

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Excellent interpersonal and social intelligence

    Professional in appearance

    Friendly, caring, and compassionate with confidence to engage in the sales process

    Passion for aesthetics and desire to learn more about the industry

    Career-minded, goal-oriented, and team-oriented

    Entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership for role in business success

    Organized, responsive, flexible, and able to multitask

    Effective communication and time/self-management skills

    Possess thorough knowledge of spa services and excellent customer service orientation

    Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatment options, techniques, and treatment plans

    Preferred Experience:

    Prior med spa experience

    Esthetician experience is preferred

    Work history including prior customer service training

    Physical/Mental Requirements:

    Standing for extended periods of time

    Ability to lift at least 30 lbs

    Exposure to blood and bodily fluids

    Continual use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills
