Guest Greeter / Concierge (Short-Term Rental) - HEBER CITY
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and personable Guest Greeter / Concierge to welcome guests at a large short-term rental property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, meeting new people, and creating a great first impression.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome
Give a brief tour of the home and explain key features (locks, appliances, amenities, etc.)
Answer guest questions and ensure they feel comfortable in the space
Coordinate arrival times and communicate clearly with guests prior to check-in
Report any issues or concerns with the property after guest arrival
Ensure the property is guest-ready before check-ins (light checks as needed)
Qualifications:
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain instructions clearly and confidently
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation
Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
