Guest Services / Front Desk Associate
(Morning & Evening Positions Available)
Holiday Inn Brookfield is currently hiring Guest Services / Front Desk Associates to join our hospitality team. We are seeking friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive guest experiences.
We are hiring for Morning and Evening shifts and are looking for candidates who can deliver the high level of service expected from an IHG brand hotel.
This position is a key role in ensuring guests receive professional service, warm hospitality, and a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Position Overview
The Guest Services / Front Desk Associate is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the IHG service culture and Holiday Inn standards.
Front desk associates create the first and last impression of the hotel, making strong customer service skills essential.

• Morning Shift • Evening Shift

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
• Greet guests warmly and provide professional check-in and check-out service • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally • Deliver friendly and welcoming hospitality to every guest
IHG One Rewards Loyalty Program
• Promote and enroll guests in the IHG One Rewards loyalty program • Recognize and deliver benefits for IHG elite members • Ensure loyalty members receive proper recognition during check-in • Encourage guest participation in the loyalty program to support repeat business
Front Desk Operations
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records • Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and hotel information • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
Brand Standards Compliance
• Follow IHG brand standards and guest service expectations • Use hotel systems such as Opera PMS and IHG operational tools • Ensure proper handling of reservations and billing procedures • Maintain professional appearance and service standards at all times
Qualifications
• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred • IHG hotel experience is a plus • Strong communication and guest service skills • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
