    Job Description

    As the cheerful gatekeepers of our luxury resort, our Guest Service Coordinators welcome guests with effortless charm and a touch of magic. From smooth check-ins to solving every requests, you turn every visit into a delightful, enchanted stay—making guests feel as if they’ve stepped into a vacation fairy tale.

    • Welcome guests with warmth and flair, ensuring every arrival feels like the start of a storybook getaway.
    • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with polished efficiency and a sprinkle of hospitality magic.
    • Assist guests with questions and special requests, from the ordinary to the delightfully unexpected.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to keep the resort running smoother than a swan on a still lake.
    • Maintain an impeccably tidy and inviting front desk area, serving as the elegant heartbeat of the guest experience.

    Pay $19 / hour

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1 year experience in same or similar role.
    • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
    • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail .
    • Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner.
    • Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
