  • Responsibilities

    The Hotel Front Desk Team Leader will have minimal supervision. This role is responsible for exercising independent judgment to manage the daily operations related to optimally operating the front desk. The ideal candidate understands, appreciates, and embraces our vision, mission, and values. You will act as a leader who is a self-starter and understands the position requires 24-hour availability. Responsibilities: • Communicate daily with team members as appropriate to maintain exceptional service levels for guests and within the team. • Inspect "back of house" areas to ensure brand and company standards are being met. • Perform administrative duties in the office such as correcting/confirming timecards and following up on assigned brand or operational checklists and training. • Promote and market the hotel’s services to enhance guest satisfaction and occupancy. • Be present on the property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support team success. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Working knowledge of PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • 1–3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hotel or hospitality industry preferred. • Expert-level knowledge of general hotel industry practices and policies. • Proven customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset. Compensation: $22 - $23 hourly
