    We are searching for an enthusiastic, friendly, service-focused guest service agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests—both over the phone and in person—you will play a key role in creating a positive and lasting impression. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests • Assist with breakfast set up, service, and breakdown during the morning shift • Provide accurate information about our services and local attractions • Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Compensation: $17-$19 hourly
