Responsibilities: • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. • Handle payment transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and security at all times. • Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment. • Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. • Assist in maintaining guest records and updating reservation systems accurately and promptly. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. • Ability to communicate effectively and warmly, both in person and over the phone. • Proven track record of handling payments accurately and maintaining confidentiality. • Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency. • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming front desk environment. • Experience in managing guest records and transactions for seamless service continuity. • Ability to coordinate guest services, such as transportation and special requests, enhancing their stay. Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
