Responsibilities: • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. • Process payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and security. • Collaborate with team members to resolve guest concerns, enhancing overall satisfaction. • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to excellence. • Provide guests with information about local attractions and services, enhancing their stay. • Assist in managing reservations and room assignments, optimizing occupancy and guest comfort. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. • Ability to communicate effectively and warmly, both in person and over the phone. • Proven track record of handling payments accurately and maintaining confidentiality. • Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency. • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming front desk environment. • Experience in managing guest records and transactions for seamless service continuity. • Ability to coordinate guest services, such as transportation and special requests, enhancing their stay. Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
