The Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Guest Services Agent with front desk experience, an exceptional record of service, an impeccable attendance record, and an accommodating disposition to become a part of our exceptional, award-winning team! You will be required, but not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities:
Greet and register arriving guests
Make & Confirm phone and online reservations
Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
Collect payment from guests and make change
Keep detailed records of shift happenings.
Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Wash, Dry, and Fold Linens.
Fix maintenance issues that might arise.
Serve and Tend Bar. Experience is a plus.
Cleaning all areas of the hotel, including rooms.
And handle whatever else that might arise.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel customer service, front desk service is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with guests.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to follow rules and procedures without supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer Literate
Able to stand and walk for eight hours or more.
Able to traverse steps multiple times during shift.
Able to lift up to 20 lbs correctly and without assistance.
Open availability is a plus.
Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Proven attendance record.
Reliable form of transportation. (Public transportation in this area is not dependable)
