Job Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests into the waterpark
• Assist waterpark guests with ticket sales and redemption
• Operate point of sales system for retail purchases
• Provide outstanding guest service waterpark patrons, while interacting professionally and respectfully with guests
• Answer guest questions accurately and consistently
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
• Assist with other waterpark operations as assigned

Classification** :
Summer seasonal from May through Labor Day (September 7), generally 20-35 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in a customer service role
