What does your company do>

    Overview: TheGuest Services Coordinator or Red Tent Coordinator is the first point of contact for coaches, players, and families on game day. This role focuses on providing a welcoming, organized, and helpful experience at the red tent.

    Responsibilities: • Greet families, coaches, and players with a friendly, positive attitude • Distribute sportsmanship medals, practice materials, and other weekly items to coaches • Take photos of weekly sportsmanship award winners • Provide basic schedule information and direct families to the correct field locations • Assist with QR code payments when needed • Ensure the red tent area stays organized and stocked with materials

    Qualifications: • Strong customer service and communication skills • Friendly, approachable, and dependable • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

    Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems

    Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players

    Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships

    Ability to work on Saturdays only - (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
