Job Title: Guest Services Agent
Company: The Goodstone Inn & Restaurant
Reports To: Guest Services Manager Schedule: Mornings, Mid-day, Evenings (5 days a week), including Weekends
Join a dynamic, service-focused team at Goodstone Inn, where excellence and teamwork define the guest experience. As the first point of contact, you'll provide warm, professional service from reservation to check-out, ensuring every guest feels valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
Handle reservations and phone inquiries efficiently
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with exceptional service
Operate hotel systems (Maestro, Aloha) and follow procedures
Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information
Support concierge services and coordinate guest experiences
Qualifications:
1+ year in hospitality or customer service
Strong communication and computer skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Must be 18+ and fluent in English
