Denali, and everything in between! Responsibilities: • Some of the responsibilities of the Guest Services Representative are: • Welcoming Guests: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. • Providing Information: Offering details about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. • Handling Reservations: Managing bookings, cancellations, and special requests. • Maintaining a Professional Atmosphere: Ensuring the front desk and lobby area remain clean, organized, and inviting! Qualifications: • Must be able to communicate effectively among the Front Desk department, as well as Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of everyday business. • Prior hotel experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person! • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook and/or rules implemented by property management. • Reliable transportation is a must, and weekend availability is as well. • Willingness to cross-train into other departments to help keep our guests happy! • Knowledge of the area, local attractions, and events is ideal. • Punctuality and reliable attendance for your shifts are crucial. Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
