  • Responsibilities

    As a Resort Guest Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our guests throughout their stay. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance, information, and personalized service to enhance their resort experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greeting guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
    • Assist guests in reservation modifications and future reservations
    • Providing information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions to guests, and assisting with reservations and bookings as needed.
    • Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Handling guest feedback and complaints effectively, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
    • Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and guardhouse to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, including the front desk and guest service stations.
    • Upholding resort policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
    • Keeping accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences in the resort's database system.
    • Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
    • Ability to work in the retail store when needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of reservation software is desirable but not required. We are willing to train the right person(s)
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
    • Retail experience and knowledge
    • TABC Certification (Preferred but company is willing to certify the right candidate)

    Schedule:

    • 40 Hour Work Week
    • Weekends & Holidays Required
    • Potential for Overtime on Weekends & Holidays
