Guest Services Reservation Specialist

Hours may vary based on business needs, coverage requirements, and reservation volume.
The Weekend Reservationist provides after-hours coverage by responding to guest inquiries, capturing short-lead bookings, and supporting guests during peak decision-making times. This role also supports revenue accuracy and protection through booking chart audits and daily processing of second deposits.
The position requires strong administrative skills, confidence in sales conversations, and excellent attention to detail. During slower call periods, this role will assist with administrative support tasks and low-priority projects to ensure continued productivity.
Respond promptly and professionally to evening reservation inquiries
Assist guests with availability, pricing, and stay options to secure bookings
Encourage longer stays through discounted rates and other incentives when appropriate
Complete daily booking chart audits to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems
Follow up on and collect second deposits daily, documenting all outreach and outcomes
Accurately document guest interactions, notes, and reservation details
Communicate clearly and professionally across all related platforms
Support administrative needs, including updates, documentation, and internal coordination
