Responsibilities: • Ensure consistent standards of guest satisfaction by managing the whole front office operations of the hotel • Monitor the customer service standards and performance of front-office team members while also hiring, training, and emphasizing teamwork • Respond to all guests' requests, problems, complaints, and accidents in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner Qualifications: • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills Compensation: $21 - $22 hourly
