Are you a data-driven and collaborative student passionate about using technology to enhance the customer experience? Pilot Company is seeking a Guest Support Analyst Intern to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2026. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a strategic project aimed at improving both the guest and team member experience.
Over 645,000 calls go to our stores monthly, and we are on a mission to reroute those calls to our Guest Support team using our Five9 IVA system and AI chatbots. Your work will be crucial in this effort, providing valuable data analysis and recommendations that will help us understand the savings and benefits of rerouting these calls and giving time back to our store team members.

This is a full-time, in-person internship, running from June 1-August 6, 2026. You’ll be working alongside our team in our Cross Park office in Knoxville, where you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and experience the full scope of life at Pilot Company.
