    THE ROLE

    Be part of a growing team focused on helping entrepreneurs succeed in small business. Educate and consult new and existing small business clients on services that will support the growth of their business operations long term. By being the expert on Guidant Payroll, Accounting, Tax and other business services, the Client Success Manager will offer solutions that will save small business owners time and money. This includes, pitching, offering demonstrations, securing contracts and support the onboarding of new services.

    This role works with multiple departments to build a pipeline of clients by training and promoting service offerings. In addition, act as a liaison between client and service delivery teams

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Manage a console of prospects/clients to call, consult and close sales to a monthly goal
    • Follow up on a pipeline of prospects/clients to understand needs and obstacles to generate next steps
    • Craft marketing campaigns to optimize sales and service communication
    • Participate or lead trainings to ensure subject matter expertise and understanding
    • Support business development efforts that generate new lead channels
    • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings providing updates on leads, opportunities, and sales strategies
    • Interact with weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports analyzing successes and opportunities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-3 years experience working in a relationship-based sales working with repeat clients
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, finance or related major preferred
    • Strong command of all Microsoft Office applications
    • Experience in tele-sales environment.
    • Multi-tasker who thrives in fast pace role
    • Skilled communicator who knows how to read their audience
    • Highly organized and detail orientated
    • Team player
    • Ability to work in an autonomous environment where you can be a self-directed, independent worker

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • Must pass a background check
    • Must meet work from home requirements to qualify
