Guidewire Business Analyst (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter) Tampa, FL

Core Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects

Strong experience in at least one module: PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter

Experience working on end-to-end Guidewire implementations or enhancements

Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to gather and define functional requirements

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

Collaborate with development teams on Guidewire configurations and integrations

Support testing, UAT, and defect resolution

Ensure requirements align with business processes and system capabilities

Technical & Functional Skills

Guidewire (any of: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)

Strong understanding of insurance workflows and data flows

Experience with SQL (preferred)

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and testing processes

Preferred

Experience with multiple Guidewire modules

Exposure to integrations and system workflows

Experience working in enterprise insurance environments
