    TPC River Highlands is a private golf course located in Cromwell, Conn., just outside of Hartford. TPC River Highlands’ championship golf course hosts the PGA TOUR’s Travelers Championship, the largest professional sports event in Connecticut.     TPC River Highlands is currently seeking team players to join our Food & Beverage staff as PART-TIME SERVERS AND BANQUET SERVERS to assist our members and guests with their dining needs.

     

    These positions are responsible for creating an outstanding customer service experience for our members and guests by:

    • Resolving member and guest food & beverage concerns

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Maintain existing products through enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
    • Package and test applications in accordance with standards and procedures.
    • Demonstrates familiarity with documentation standards, and reviews existing documentation for all products and technology areas.
    • Participating in in-house training sessions.
    • Self-study of documentation, including Programming Standards, technical documentation and user Manuals.
    • Work with Release and Configuration management to develop and improve deployment procedures.
    • Reports on project status, schedule, open issues, resolutions, and completion.
    • Work with product, quality assurance and technical operations to release code to Production. Participate in daily scrum meetings.
    • Keep abreast of the current technologies and technological trends. Learn and prototype new technologies, and recommend their use in company products.
    • Make recommendations on how to rewrite, modify, and redesign legacy applications based on analysis.
    • Introduce and implement new ideas and tools geared to create better software that runs optimally in Production.
    • Document and communicate software designs of complex systems.
    • Reduce and/or prevent production defects based on the continuous root cause analysis and process improvement.
    • Ensures adherence to coding standards for self as well as team.
