    TPC Sugarloaf is a PGA TOUR owned and operated private country club located 25 minutes north of Atlanta. The property recently completed a 3-year, $20 million-dollar renovation, with the main clubhouse portion re-opened in April. The revitalized clubhouse features a brand new 3000 square foot, state of the art kitchen and a new 125 seat full-service member restaurant and bar.

     

    Centered around 27 holes of PGA TOUR caliber championship golf and a world class tennis center TPC Sugarloaf is the premier lifestyle club in the area. In addition, members have exclusive access to two full-service restaurants, spacious private dining rooms, an expansive fitness center, junior Olympic swimming pool, splash pad and poolside café. Each year the club also hosts the PGA TOUR Champions Mitsubishi Electric Classic.

     

    With the grand re-opening approaching, TPC Sugarloaf is seeking qualified candidates for both culinary and service positions. All these positions can be viewed at www.tpc.com/careers.

     

    TPC Sugarloaf is currently seeking a FULL-TIME COOK to join our Food & Beverage team. This critical position performs basic methods of food preparation, portion control and sanitation.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

     

    • Prepping food products
    • Cooking/baking food orders
    • Plating food in accordance to TPC Standards
    • Following established safety procedures

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

     

    • Must have culinary experience (ala carte restaurant experience preferred)
    • Great attitude
    • Team player
    • Very customer service oriented
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • Dependability
    • At least 18 years of age

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Safely operate truck in accordance with all applicable federal,state, and company regulations.
    • Efficiently load and deliver perishable product to customer striving to provide quality and good customer service.
    • Follow procedures to ensure truck is safe to operate. When not performing driving duties assist with plant maintenance, cleanup and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
    • Complete required pre and post trip inspections reporting necessary maintenance as required.
    • Operate truck to receive load, evaluate slump and drive to job site. Safely maneuver truck on job site, attach chutes to discharge material, clean truck to minimize concrete buildup.
    • Complete all forms, tickets and required paperwork in a timely manner.
    • Keep inside and outside of truck clean.
    • Communicate with dispatch, maintenance and plant management to facilitate the flow of information required to provide good customer service.
    • Communicate with customers, co-workers, and general public professionally and respectfully.
    • Ready-mix industry knowledge or related industry a plus.
