Monitor and process large volumes of loan transactions. Assist with deal and asset on-boarding, provide data updates in the system, and perform reconciliations on an as needed basis. Communicate with internal parties and assist with various tasks.
- Manages large volumes of loan transactions
- Process pending and executed trades to clients’ trade tickets/trade blotters/executed trade documents
- Review executed trade packets for appropriate documentation
- Review funding memo for discrepancies, to include fee calculation
- Monitor Citi Settlements folder for new activity
- Manage new trade activity to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate and resolve, when possible, trade issues. Escalate when necessary
- Works closely with Client Services and Global Data Teams with on-boarding and deal transition
- Obtains accurate global data for issuer setup
- Initiate Intralinks access with the appropriate agents for new lenders
- Work within the team as well as across the firm to resolve issues and meet deadlines

TECHNICAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE KNOWLEDGE:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft software
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Knowledge of closing par and distressed loans
- Exposure to closing / servicing multi-currency loans
- Proficient in all trade fee calculations, to include delayed compensation, economic benefit, cost of carry and accrued interest
- Knowledge of all loan trading documentation
- Knowledge of and ability to maneuver within, Clearpar, Markit, Loan Pricing Corp, and Bloomberg a plus
- Ability to read and interpret credit agreements
Required Experience
EDUCATION/TRAINING (OR EQUIVALENT):
- Bachelor’s Degree required or 1 year related work experience
EXPERIENCE (TYPE OF WORK EXPERIENCE, MINIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS):
- Minimum of 1 year industry experience
