  • Responsibilities

    SUMMARY: RISK: To plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Center risk management program in accordance with elements of FS 400.147.

    STAFF DEVELOPEMENT: To plan and implement Center orientation, job skills training, and in-service education programs in accordance with Company policies and regulations. The primary function of this position is recruiting and training associates and to monitor and guide these positions throughout the course of employment.

    Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Registered Nurse with valid license in the state employed and two (2) years'' experience as DON, MDS, or ADON in a long-term care center.
    • Must have two (2) years' training experience.
    • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as required.
    • Must be able to adjust to a flexible schedule to include evenings, nights, and weekend work hours.
    • Must meet all local health regulations and pass post- employment exam, if required.
