JOB TITLE: Onboarding Specialist

REPORTS TO: Director of Strategic Workforce Management
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Workforce Management, the Onboarding Specialist assists with the full life-cycle of recruitment and manages the on-boarding process for all new hires from point of offer of employment through general orientation. The Onboarding Specialist has complete oversite of the Learning Management System. This position ensures that all appropriate new hire documentation is obtained, recorded in UKG and uploaded into the employee file management system. The Onboarding Specialist is a proven expert in all facets of on-boarding, documentation management, and the Learning Management System. This position provides general support to the recruitment team and the highest level of customer service to all constituents of the Human Resources Department.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree preferred
SHRM, HRCI or other related certification preferred
Minimum of (1) one year of experience in a full cycle recruitment role and new hire on-boarding with healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems/Professional Development
Expert level knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG Preferred
Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated programs
Professional communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization and candidates
Expert knowledge of emerging sourcing techniques, systems and operations
