Per Diem CNA positions with Gulfside Home Health - $16.00 pay per visit

HOME OFFICE: 1930 Land O' Lakes Boulevard, Lutz, FL 33549COVERAGE AREA: Pasco and/or Pinellas County

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the CNA - Home Health Aide, is responsible for assisting with direct patient care within the scope of their practice. Enables patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient condition, provides personal care to the patient, and assists with activities of daily living.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED required

Current certification in the State of Florida as a Certified Nurse Assistant required

Minimum of one year of experience home health experience required

Must maintain current CPR certification

Must maintain valid driver license and car insurance to travel throughout service area
