There are two shifts available to choose from.(Please make selection of preference in pre-screening questions when applying):4 pm to 12 am (off every other weekend) OR 12 am to 8 am (off every other weekend)

The Licensed Practical Nurse is committed to providing the highest quality of care as identified in the Gulfside Healthcare Services mission. Nursing responsibilities may include: identifying and coordinating patient/family needs, providing preventative and supportive care to terminally ill patient/family unit and collaborating with the Team RN and other disciplines to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with a minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred.

Must maintain current CPR certification.

Hospice, Oncology or Home Health experience is preferred.

A minimum of One (1) year of acute care nursing experience with training in Palliative Care and Symptom Management.

IV certification is required, possible reimbursement program.
