Key Responsibilities:

Present findings and solutions to stakeholders, focusing on enhancing efficiencies in HVAC and electrical systems in commercial buildings.

Requirements:

Must be locally based in or near Seattle, WA.

Demonstrated stable work history.

Minimum 8 years of advanced experience in programming, service, and repair related to building automation systems.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
