Job Title: IT Systems Specialist

Overview: This role is pivotal in supporting the dynamic field of building automation and energy management, focusing on IT functions that underpin the efficient operation of sophisticated building systems. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in technical support, system maintenance, and the enhancement of IT infrastructure to support our mission of optimizing building performance and energy management.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive IT support to a diverse team and clientele.

Manage and resolve IT issues through a ticketing system, ensuring efficient operation and user satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets and configurations.

Oversee the procurement, setup, and configuration of IT hardware and software.

Implement and maintain IT policies, including system security and data management.

Facilitate the use and support of cloud services and enterprise software.

Requirements:

An associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, Office Suite, and fundamental networking concepts.

Experience in customer support roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Preferred:

Experience with Active Directory and cloud services like Microsoft 365.
