Overview: This role is ideal for professionals with experience in HVAC piping and plumbing systems, focusing on creating detailed 3D models and shop drawings for construction purposes.

Responsibilities:

Develop 3D Revit models for HVAC piping and plumbing systems.

Coordinate models with other trades using Navisworks.

Review project drawings and specifications for accurate representation in models.

Collaborate with construction management teams.

Conduct field surveys for renovation projects.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in HVAC pipe installation and modeling.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Knowledge of sheet metal, plumbing systems, and structural steel in construction.
