    Overview

    This pivotal role is dedicated to generating new service and project sales within the commercial HVAC sector, emphasizing the strategic development and management of sales initiatives. The specialist is tasked with overseeing the entire sales process, from conceptual design to project completion, all while prioritizing a customer-first approach. Responsibilities include following up on sales leads, cultivating new client relationships, and managing projects to ensure profitable outcomes and the achievement of sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    Generate new service and project sales by identifying opportunities within the commercial and industrial HVAC sectors.

    Develop and present persuasive sales proposals to new and existing clients, aimed at securing profitable projects.

    Build and expand client relationships through proactive prospecting and networking.

    Oversee project management from initiation to close-out, ensuring adherence to client specifications and satisfaction.

    Proactively anticipate customer needs and establish strong, forward-thinking relationships.

    Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and profit margins.

    Act as the principal decision-maker in client interactions, maintaining robust communication across all project phases.

    Collaborate with engineering teams to meet project requirements and specifications.

    Requirements

    Solid understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and a successful track record in service sales.

    Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.

    Proven sales experience with a strong capability in prospecting for new customers.

    Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate independently or as part of a team.

    Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
