    Job Title: Controls Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a qualified and experienced Controls Sales Executive to join our team in Riverside, CA. The successful candidate will be a local professional with a stable work history and a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial building automation controls. Proficiency in systems such as Alerton, ALC (Automated Logic Corporation), Tridium Niagara, and Distech is highly preferred. The candidate should possess N4 Certification and have expertise in the installation, service, start-up, and commissioning of controls systems. Knowledge in point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design and engineering, as well as project or account management, is crucial for success in this role.

    Responsibilities:

    Controls System Sales: Drive sales efforts for commercial building automation controls systems.

    Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing information and support.

    Technical Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of controls systems, including Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, Distech, and others.

    N4 Certification: Utilize N4 Certification or equivalent expertise in sales presentations and discussions.

    Installation and Service Support: Collaborate with technical teams to provide sales support for the installation, service, start-up, and commissioning of controls systems.

    Point-to-Point Verification: Communicate technical details, including point-to-point verification, to clients during the sales process.

    Programming Guidance: Provide guidance on controls system programming based on client needs.

    Estimating Support: Collaborate on estimating activities related to controls projects.

    Design and Engineering Input: Offer input during the design and engineering phases of controls projects.

    Project and Account Management Collaboration: Collaborate with project and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial building automation controls.

    Proficiency in controls systems such as Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, Distech, etc.

    N4 Certification or equivalent.

    Hands-on experience in installation, service, start-up, and commissioning of controls systems.

    Point-to-point verification skills.

    Strong programming capabilities for controls systems.

    Experience in estimating, sales, design and engineering, and project or account management.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Local candidate with a stable work history.
