Job Title: Building Automation Controls Technician

Overview: This position focuses on the engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC control systems across various facility types, emphasizing customer satisfaction through advanced technology and professional service.

Responsibilities:

Master Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls, including software, DDC controllers, and field devices.

Understand BACnet protocol and have Niagara AX or Niagara 4 experience.

Read low voltage wiring and control flow diagrams proficiently.

Utilize test instruments and calibration tools effectively.

Educate owners on system operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in Building Automation Systems startup and commissioning or HVAC mechanical experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.

Capable of working on construction sites, including using ladders and scaffolding.

Preferred:

Niagara AX or Niagara 4 certification.

Experience with Alerton systems.
