Job Title: HVAC Inside Service Sales

Role Overview:

We are currently hiring a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our sales and estimating team. This role involves inside sales, customer relationship management, sales tracking, and project management specifically for HVAC products and services. The position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain professional contact with customers throughout the sales process.

Prepare quotes and contracts and respond to customer inquiries.

Coordinate with other departments for timely customer service.

Manage time effectively and meet all deadlines.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, emphasizing safety, customer focus, teamwork, and integrity.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent; HVAC industry experience preferred.

Minimum five years of commercial HVAC sales experience.

Proven success in client acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
