Job Title: Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are in search of a seasoned Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to lead our projects in San Francisco, CA. This crucial role demands a professional with a robust background in commercial HVAC and plumbing, encapsulating design, estimating, and project management. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of relevant experience and be adept in using construction management tools like BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore. Experience overseeing large commercial projects will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all projects meet client expectations and industry standards.

Work closely with the design team to ensure HVAC and plumbing systems are accurately designed and efficiently executed.

Play an integral role in the estimating process, delivering precise cost assessments for projects.

Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial guidelines.

Utilize construction management software (BlueBeam, MS Project, Procore) for effective document control and project tracking.

Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols to uphold high standards of workmanship.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations across all HVAC and plumbing activities.

Produce and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing, with a focus on design, estimating, and project management.

Proficiency in BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.

Demonstrated project management skills with a strong organizational capability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team player with the ability to lead and work collaboratively.

Prior experience with large-scale commercial projects preferred.

Must be local to San Francisco, CA, with a stable work history.
