Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate plumbing cost estimations for large commercial projects, covering materials, labor, and equipment.

Use Trimble Autobid software for precise and efficient estimating processes.

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to prepare detailed bid proposals.

Engage with project stakeholders to clarify estimate details and negotiate contracts.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating.

Proficient with Trimble Autobid software and knowledgeable in large project estimations.

Familiarity with Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI regulations.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Local candidate with a stable work history.
