Job Title: HVACR Recruiter

Job Brief: In Salt Lake City, UT, we are on the hunt for a dedicated HVACR Recruiter to manage our recruitment process from start to finish. This position is critical for identifying, engaging, and evaluating potential hires in the HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) industry. Utilizing a variety of online channels for sourcing, crafting strategic recruiting emails, and streamlining the hiring process are key responsibilities. Your role will be instrumental in upholding our employer brand and attracting the best talent in the HVACR field.

Responsibilities:

Develop and update job descriptions specifically tailored to roles within the HVACR industry.

Leverage social media, professional platforms, and other online channels to source candidates.

Utilize reliable recruiting and selection tools to conduct interviews and efficiently filter candidates.

Promote job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally to ensure wide visibility.

Compile shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers and facilitate the job offer process.

Requirements:

A proven track record in recruitment, with specific experience in the HVACR industry being highly desirable.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

A strong ability to apply diverse sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience, is a local resident, and has a stable job history.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

In-depth knowledge of the HVACR industry and its various roles.

Demonstrated success in filling technical and specialized positions within the HVACR sector.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results.
