    Job Title: Commercial HVAC Project Sales

    Job Summary:

    We are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC project estimation and sales. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for large commercial HVAC projects, proficient with Trimble AutoBid, and familiar with Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, requiring a blend of project analysis, proposal development, and client engagement skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct detailed project analysis and estimation, preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems.

    Develop and submit comprehensive proposals and bids, collaborating with sales teams to enhance project acquisition chances.

    Provide technical sales support, assisting in project specifications clarification and planning.

    Coordinate with vendors and contractors for price quotes and negotiate costs, ensuring estimates reflect current market prices.

    Engage in continuous improvement efforts, staying updated on industry trends and technologies.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with trade school certifications also considered.

    At least 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC estimation or related roles.

    Proficiency in estimation software, Microsoft Office Suite, and a stable work history.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.

    Sales engineering experience in the HVAC industry, focusing on customer service and relationship building.

    Familiarity with California HVAC industry regulations and building codes.

    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
