Job Title: IT Systems Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Offer technical support to both internal team members and external clients, ensuring high satisfaction and efficiency.

Manage IT requests efficiently using a ticketing system, prioritizing and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.

Procure, configure, and deploy IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Create and manage standardized computer images and software deployments to streamline operations.

Oversee and maintain network and user accounts, including Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.

Support cloud-based services and applications, enhancing team collaboration and data management.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical issues.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments, TCP/IP networks, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with customer support roles, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, office automation products, and remote control tools.
