    Job Title: Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Manager Location: Oxnard, CA

    Lead sales and operations in Oxnard, CA, emphasizing customer relationships, sales management, and efficient project oversight.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Direct customer service and project management initiatives.

    Manage, hire, and oversee office staff.

    Drive and maximize sales and profits.

    Establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
