Responsibilities:

Take the lead in launching and commissioning advanced HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings, ensuring top performance and efficiency.

Utilize expert-level diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex issues, extending system life and optimizing performance.

Handle warranty services with an unwavering commitment to quality, ensuring all repairs meet our stringent standards.

Manage large-scale HVAC installations and repairs from start to finish, with a focus on meeting client needs and upholding project excellence.

Serve as a mentor to our technical team, enhancing their skills and knowledge in the HVAC field.

Requirements:

An advanced degree or professional certification focused on HVAC technology, particularly in the management of large systems like chillers, boilers, and VRF units.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in the HVAC sector, with a proven track record in successfully initiating system startups, performing detailed commissioning, and executing sophisticated diagnostics.

Deep familiarity with top HVAC brands and innovative technologies, including but not limited to Carrier, Lennox, and more.

Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion while maintaining clear and effective communication with both clients and team members.

A solid work history within Orange County, CA, or willingness to move, demonstrating stability and commitment to the local community.
