Job Title: HVAC Service Technician - Commercial Systems

Overview: Seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with expertise in commercial and industrial systems. The ideal candidate will be part of a proactive team focused on high-quality service, innovative solutions, and customer satisfaction in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

Maintain clean, safe work environments on all assignments.

Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including safe driving and working practices.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Adapt to and utilize mobile work order systems efficiently.

Document all performed work accurately and comprehensively.

Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests.

Conduct maintenance services and manage after-hours shutdowns as necessary.

Provide on-call service on a rotational basis.

Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various types of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Requirements:

Universal EPA Certification and technical HVAC training.

4 – 8 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC equipment and systems.

Experience in line sets, brazing techniques, and interpreting diagrams and schematics.

Proven local and stable work history in the HVAC industry.

Experience with chiller and boiler service; additional factory training is beneficial.

Knowledge in servicing hydronic pump systems, including applications, troubleshooting, and start-up.

Preferred:

Expertise in critical cooling systems, with additional factory training or certifications.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed for job requirements.

Further education in the HVAC field is advantageous.
