The successful candidate will have a stable work history, exceptional relationship-building skills with facility managers and leaders of large building infrastructures, and profound knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.

    Responsibilities:

    Forge and nurture lasting relationships with facility managers and leadership of large-scale building owners in the San Francisco Bay Area.

    Analyze client requirements and HVAC system needs to deliver customized, practical solutions.

    Drive the sales process in the commercial HVAC domain, from lead generation to closing.

    Offer expertise on various HVAC systems, including large-tonnage units, chillers, boilers, and more.

    Develop competitive sales proposals and oversee project estimation processes.

    Manage project execution to ensure client needs, budget, and timeline compliance.

    Coordinate with technical teams to guarantee service quality and project success.

    Remain updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market dynamics.

    Requirements:

    Demonstrable experience in commercial HVAC sales and project oversight.

    Strong business, financial, and sales knowledge.

    In-depth understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and applications.

    Exceptional skills in client relationship management and communication.

    Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area with a stable work history.

    Preferred Skill Sets:

    Advanced training and certifications in HVAC systems.

    Proficiency in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    Skilled in project estimation and financial analysis for HVAC projects.

    Proven leadership in project management.
