SENIOR PLUMBING/HVAC DESIGN-BUILD MANAGER (PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design constructible Plumbing/HVAC systems for new and TI medium to large construction projects.
• Develop and suggest Value Engineering solutions to win upcoming projects
• Assist with budget and on schedule on projects when needed.
• Collaborate with the Estimating Department to cost new projects.
• Develop and present project proposals with strong communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
•  5+ years’ experience in HVAC and plumbing preconstruction or a related field.
•  3+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Design and Engineering experience
•  Familiarity with CAD/Revit, Bluebeam, and related software.
•  Stable work history.
• Local.

PREFERRED:

•  Previous experience as a Project Manager for a commercial mechanical (hvac/plumbing) construction company.
• PE or EIT License.
