CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist CFO and Controller in overseeing multiple Accounting Divisions.
- Help with invoices, AR, AP, Payroll, among others.
- Complete regular quarterly and semi-quarterly AP reporting.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies on the company’s books to ensure proper adherence to current financial legislation and ethical standards.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Report to Accounting Manager and Office Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of Commercial Construction Accounting experience.
- Knowledge of software such as Timberline, Viewpoint, and other Construction Accounting software.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management or other similar
- Experience with construction job costing.
