    Job Description

    CONSTRUCTION PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

    • 6-month temporary contract position with ability to become full time, permanent position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with Controller and Payroll Manager to assist with various payroll inquiries
    • Enter time cards, cut payroll checks, and maintain employee files
    • Complete employment verification, wage garnishments, among other tasks
    • Reporting for payroll, local unions, EDD, and manpower

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3 or more years working in Payroll department for a commercial union construction company
    • Familiar with Certified Payroll/Union reporting
    • Stable work-history
    • Local

    PREFERRED:

    • Associates or Bachelor’s in Accounting
    • Familiar with Viewpoint
