COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL/BUILDING AUTOMATION CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Support the collective efforts and quality of the team; respond quickly and effectively to the needs of internal and external clients.
• Develop proposals with pricing and margins consistent with the company's requirements.
• Manage and coordinate projects with management, installers, and dispatchers.
• Responsible for meeting overall sales objectives by reaching sales and gross margin objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years working hands-on in BAS Installation and Field Management
• 5+ years of experience estimating, sales, and project management
• Local and stable work history
