RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate problems and perform repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling and ventilation systems on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customers' locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as need or requested by customers.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
• Provide technical support to customers and maintain a high quality of service at all times
• Meet key productivity metrics and goals as set by the company

REQUIREMENTS:

• EPA Universal license, NATE, and manufacturer certifications
• 2 to 15 years of experience working for a medium or large commercial mechanical construction company.
