We are seeking a HIGH ENERGY, ambitious, and passionate, attorney to join our growing Plaintiff's firm. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, maintains a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to better themselves and serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximizing the value of cases
• Case management/development
• Working cases through the pre-litigation and litigation process
• Conducting effective written discovery
• Taking depositions with purpose and tenacity
• Drafting pleadings and arguing motions

Qualifications

• Member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Trial experience is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
