    We are seeking a HIGH ENERGY, creative, and ambitious individual to join our growing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm. As the Client Services Coordinator, you will manage inbound calls, qualify potential clients, and provide high-level customer service. Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service with proper phone etiquette, taking messages and/or transferring calls to the correct point of contact • Serve as the first point of contact for potential and current clients • Interview, screen, and evaluate prospective clients to assess their legal needs • Review and ensure the retainer agreement is signed and executed properly • Maintaining thorough and accurate records in our case management software, ensuring all client data is up-to-date and easily accessible • Meeting and collaborating with advertising vendors • Contribute to a positive, team-team oriented work environment that encourages collaboration, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction • Additional administrative and clerical responsibilities may be assigned as needed Qualifications: Requirements: • A burning desire for professional and personal growth • An unwavering degree of self-confidence and enthusiasm • Positive energy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team • A high level of empathy and the ability to think critically and make informed decisions • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Familiarity Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat • Spanish speaking is preferred but not required Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
